TGIF Five

it's friday, and that means it's time for the friday five. thankfully this week's installment isn't going to make me think too much.

  1. How much time do you spend online each day?
oy! on average about 15 hours. it used to be more, but i've slowly started to change that. my goal is to get down to the 10 hour range.

  2. What is your browser homepage set to?
    my home page.

  3. Do you use any instant messaging programs? If so, which one(s)?
yes. i use trillian pro 1.0C which works with all the popular IM services and has a nifty plug-in interface adding many interesting features.

  4. Where was your first webpage located?
my first personal web page was internal to the company i worked for. i pushed intranet web services before i could twist the corporate marketing types of making information public.

  5. How long have you had your current website?
with the urging of the most special person in my life, my blog started may 2003. i've had various unfinished personal home pages for ages, the oldest of which, that is still on-line (no, i'm not linking to it) was last updated march 1997 and has pages which go back quite a bit further.
