Two Weeks Notice

So I watched the movie Two Weeks Notice last night. I'm not sure how or why I picked that movie, but I did and [*gasp*] I enjoyed it. Generally speaking, Sandra Bullock is a turn-on for me, so the risk of seeing this chick-flick was pretty minimal, but as it turned out it I identified (in small ways) with several parts of the movie. The helicopter ride drew a tear, not because it was sad, but because I recognized some rather special sites. Thankfully there was nobody to notice and tease me.

It was one of those movies that I'm probably seeing and reading far too much in, such as my fear that I identified with George Wade (played by Hugh Grant) in the movie a bit too much. Not the charming and wealthy part -- the sadly irresponsible and his wit.

Lucy Kelson: You are the most selfish human being on the planet!
George Wade: Well that's just silly. Have you met everyone on the planet?

Lastly, since weeks end on Fridays and with my more personal posts still in draft, I figured I may as well post up my answers to this weeks friday five.

  1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?
    Yup.

  2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?
I've always wanted to have a more unique name, at least fairly unique for here in the US. The name Misha has often come to mind as a first name.

  3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)
No stories that I'm aware of.

  4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?
There are a lot of names I like. In no particular order and with some omitted for personal reasons....
    • Female: Marina, Olivia, Celia, Ana, Tatyana, Ksenia
    • Male: Emmitt, Cody, Misha, Ty

  5. Is the analysis of your name at kabalarians.com / triggur.org / astroexpert accurate? How or how isn't it?
kabalarians got a few things right, but the others... nope.
