Well Timed Dilbert Moment
i couldn't help but laugh when i saw this morning's dilbert. the timing couldn't have been any better.
A WTF Moment
so the entire company gets an email today from the bean counter department which starts by saying:
In lieu of the holiday week off, we will be paying payroll on...thankfully they really meant "due to the holiday week off".

Word Association, Week 200
I used to post (on average) once a day. Then probably once a week. Now I'm nearing the once a month mark. Part of the reason has been a priority/interest shift I suppose and part is a lack of comfort in that the things that come to mind to write about just don't seem to belong here. Some would say nothing belongs here, but the lazy part of me has no interest in making a new place.
I'll chalk part of this all up to the holidays... with the exception of a fleeting moment here and there, I just can't get into them and in fact more often than not dread the season. So to cheer myself up (haha), it's time to do another word association.
